Many people associate ski resort cuisine with greasy-spoon, cafeteria-style burgers, french fries, and the like. But Snowbird's Aerie Restaurant certainly falls outside of this category, and holds its own as one of Utah's best fine dining restaurants. Serving new American cuisine with continental European accents, this offers many courses crafted from fresh seafood, fine vegetables, and top-of-the-line meats. To get an idea of the selections here, check out the Aerie's website and take a gander at the menus online.The Aerie has won many, many awards including the 2009 and 2010 Wine Spectator Best Award of Excellence -with more 854 selections available. Don't fret, though- bottles start at just $25 dollars, and range all the way up to the top! Knowledgable servers will assist in pairing with any budget and price range.
