Hand roasting small batches of coffee, they work within the traditions of the Roasters Guild of America to produce lots of 20-25 pounds at a time. Because of this, Park City Coffee Roaster is able to select exactly the beans it wants, roast them evenly and precisely, and offer its customers the freshest coffee available in Park City.If you stop by the cafe, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or espresso before selecting which of their nearly 20 roast varieties you'd like to purchase.
