Description:

Located inside the Lodge at Snowbird, the Lodge Bistro is an upscale, mainly American bistro with French overtones. Open for dinner only, this restaurant offers a variety of surf and turf options, crafted of ingredients flow in fresh to the major Salt Lake City Airport. Vegetarians have plenty of options as well, and are not just cornered into eating rabbit food.

Choose from steamed mussels, baked bree, mushrooms a la grecque, or a number of appetizers to start. Main course options include various types of fish, kobe rib eye, and mixed grill. A lengthy list of salads offers the chance for a healthy and delicious side to the main dish, or a opportunity for a light entree in and of itself. And don't forget desert.
