Norwegians tend to appreciate living close to - or even in - nature and good hotels have been built in a style reflecting the close relationship between man and nature. Boutique hotels have not been much in demand, but who knows, this might change. 2008 saw the opening of First Hotel Grims Grenka, Oslo's first design hotel.
