This Zapotec ceremonial center was inhabited from 600-1200 AD. It's an architectural complex with 3 buildings united by terraces, stairs and courtyards; all fine example of the Zapotec culture and their architecture.
Some carvings depicting a ball game (juego de pelota), the rules, action and consequences are famous and have been really important in the studies of this civilization.
