Moili’ili
One of the rare places in Honolulu with an identity all its own is the quaint neighborhood of Moili'ili. Today, Moili'ili spreads along the mauka (mountain) side of the Ala Wai Canal toward the University of Hawaii at Manoa. The Moili'ili stream runs behind the houses along King Street, and way back in the day there used to be caves and natural springs in this part of town.
