Located just outside of North Conway in nearby Bartlett, Attitash Mountain Resort consistently provides premium opportunities for downhill skiing and snowboarding among beginners and experts alike. Snowboarders will find much to like about Attitash with its terrain parks featuring ten new rails. The resort features 77 trails across two peaks – Attitash (2,350 feet at the summit) and Bear (2.050 feet at the summit) – which are suitable for classic and modern freestyle New England skiing. In recent years, Attitash has expanded its facilities to include options for cross country skiers with tracked and groomed trails leading from the nearby Grand Summit Hotel to the Bear Notch Ski Touring Center. After a long day of hitting the slopes, skiers and snowboarders can enjoy live music and quality pub fare at the Crosswinds Pub and Grill. This past year, Attitash began operation of its Nor'Easter Mountain Coaster for warm weather fun. The coaster carries riders 1,420 feet up Attitash by way of twin stainless steel rails that include a series of delightful twists and bends, highlighted by a 316 vertical drop along banked curves.
