"Hello Lori, My Mom & stepdad lived in Nashville for fifteen years, and I got to know the place fairly well. I don't know what you're interested in seeing, or what your budget is, so I can only make some general suggestions. First let me say that Nashville is spread out over a pretty wide area. There are tall buildings downtown, to be sure, but generally the town built out, rather than up. This leaves you in a position where you may not be able to reasonably walk to everything you want to see. I certainly am not suggesting that you'll need to drive everywhere you wish to go, but you may need to drive to each area you wish to explore in depth.
