Bourassa focuses on hand-crafted small lot wines, and produces 5,000 cases per year. They focus on Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and a port-style wine. Visiting Bourassa Vineyards is an educational experience: Vic and Kathy Bourassa explain the harvesting practices of cork as well as a crash course in oak barrels. For $15, you can taste the current releases, enjoy small snacks, and enjoy a general educational experience about winemaking. For $25, you can also taste in the Private Reserve room and partake in barrel tasting and blending.
