Adams Ridge Winery, is a small family-run winery in Napa Valley. Producing only Cabernet Sauvignon, the winery uses grapes from the Steltzner Vineyards in the Stags Leap District, which runs north of Napa along the Silverado Trail. Owner Ronald Adams created Adams Ridge Winery with 27 years in wine country experience, including experience developing over 30 wine caves in the Napa and surrounding valleys. His handcrafted wines emphasize the use of caves for optimal climate control, as well as optimal barrel-aging conditions.
