Work and Play
Description:
In a city that prides itself on efficiency, it is important to get the work done, but you'll probably want to enjoy yourself as soon as you're done. Here is a schedule that won't exhaust you, but will allow you to explore Munich.

Day 1 - Munich
An overview of Munich that shouldn't exhaust you during your busy schedule. Arabella Sheraton is located close to many of the large companies, but if this is not where your work is you may want to look for a different place to stay.
The itinerary of this first day will give you an overview of the city. If you're stuck in meetings, it will be nice to get outside, possibly even get some exercise!
If you're more interested in the technical side of Munich, have a look around the BMW Museum. News Bar will offer you a light lunch, and Augustiner is an appropriate place to bring work colleagues or acquaintances. The events mentioned should all be comfortable and enjoyable with someone that you are getting to know, or perhaps already do.
If you simply want to relax, go to the Englischer Garten on a nice day and enjoy the beer garden.

Day 2 - Munich
The Deutsches Museum is huge and is a landmark museum, especially if you want to know the intricate procedure and advances in science, technology, and mechancics. If history is more interesting to you, try the Stadtmuseum. For nature, the Botanische Staatssammlung. Trying to get all three of these done on one day, however, would be quite exhausting. Choose which is most interesting to you.
The Bistro Terrine serves French cuisine -- something slightly unusual in Munich. If you are searching for fine taste, stop in. It is also a business appropriate setting.
If you have time alone to relax, go to the Therme Erding, but be informed about what you're getting into. Saunas in Germany are usually nude. If you're more comfortable keeping your clothes on, have a look around the beautiful Residenz.
The Olympiaturm will give you a view as well as dinner. It is very popular and impressive for business.
