Need a stop for a night or two? Consider the Virginian. It's a very basic motel, nothing fancy, which might be right up your alley. It's a great place for those outdoorsy types on a budget, or backpackers who are hoofing it around the U.S. If your expectations are in line with that, you'll probably enjoy a decent stay at a reasonable price. Amenities can include kitchenette, microwave, fridge, stove, recently upgraded wifi, picnic tables and barbecue area, locked bike storage, handicapped-accessible rooms (2), and possible discounts. Dogs are welcome too, with a pet deposit. Bonus: kids under 12 stay for free.
