Celebrate the holiday spirit with a visit to Milwaukee's Holiday Light Festival at three county parks located in downtown Milwaukee. An annual event, this year's lights will be displayed between November 18 and January 2, 2011. Plan on visiting the following parks: Cathedral Square, Pere Marquette, and Zeigler Union Square.If it's too cold to walk outside, consider taking the heated Jingle Bus for a warm and cozy narrated tour of downtown Milwaukee landmarks, as well as the festively decorated parks. The bus runs from 6 to 9PM with last one departing at 8:20PM. Pick the bus up at the Festival's warming house located at the Plankinton Arcade in the Grand Avenue. It costs just a $1 a ride.
