Opening its doors in January 2011, this instant Italian classic in South Beach, owned by international tastemaker Claudio Console, has the feel of a stylish contemporary bistro: bright, white furniture; dark wood floors; and a wall-mounted flat screen TV airing everything from soap operas to Italian cinema. Fiamma offers a full Italian menu that includes perfectly-cooked pasta and meat sauce (or Alfredo, if you prefer), chicken, milanese, tuna tartare and friend calamari. They'll deliver anywhere in Miami Beach (allowing you to order in from your hotel), but if you decide to eat on-site, don't forget to grab a bottle of their honest-to-goodness Italian olive oil to take home with you.
