The Health Club at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico, D.F offers day spa treatments at its luxurious property next to Chapultepec Park on the Paseo de la Reforma. While primarily used by hotel guests, the Health Club is open to the public, which is welcome to use the Four Seasons' courtyard swimming pool before or after treatments.Two treatment rooms, fitness area, whirlpool, locker room area and sauna comprise the spa facilities.
