Description:
This relatively new Spanish restaurant attracts a mostly young crowd. This is not a very large place, five or six tables inside and outside but it is very lively and the tapas are delicious. They have a wonderful "montadido de solomillo con brie". The menu also includes soups, salads, meat and fish dishes. Similar to La Condesa, this part of Polanco is home to at least fifty different restaurants so if you go there for lunch you will find a very lively atmosphere, but also very crowded. As in most restaurants in Mexico City, the advantage of sitting at a sidewalk table is that you are where the action is but also at the mercy of the shoeshine boys (which could actually be quite convenient) flower vendors and every knick-knack you can imagine. The owners are always present, very friendly and will enjoy talking to you and hearing your comments.
