You don't have to search very far to find fun activities on Maui. Just head to any beach and plop yourself into the warm ocean waters and your cares will simply wash away. Some of the top beaches on Maui include Ulua Beach (for snorkeling), Big Beach (for waves), and Wailea Beach or Ka'anapali Beach (for sunbathing/people-watching). Most the beaches on Maui have shower areas, so you can spray off that sticky salt water and head to your next activity without ever heading back to the hotel.
Some other fun tropical activities include a snorkel cruise to the small crescent-moon shaped island of Molokini. For those afraid of the water, look to book a retreat to the Maui Ocean Center, where you can view some of Hawaii's unique marine life.
Lastly, we recommend heading out to Hana to see Maui's more under-developed side. Be sure to check out the Seven Sacred Pools and the Hana Lava Tube.
