Skina is an elegant, modern restaurant that has earned its prestigious Michelin recognition and reputation as one of the top restaurants in Marbella by serving exquisite, innovative cuisine. Choose from a three-course a la carte menu or the tasting menu, both of which feature continually changing dishes inspired by Mediterranean and traditional Andalucían recipes. Try the rodaballo salvaje con emblanco malagueño y zanahoria aliñada (wild grilled turbot served with typical Andalusian 'emblanco' and spicy carrots) or pato lacado con M'hencha de foie a la moruna (glazed duck with foie gras, Moroccan style). For dessert, order the tasty homemade apricot yogurt. Creative gastronomy accompanies an avant-garde dining experience; this restaurant only has about seven tables seating two people each. Its modest size allows for a romantic and intimate visit during which the service is attentive and staff can take their time to explain each course while recommending an outstanding selection of wines.
