churros (Spanish doughnuts) to an upscale restaurant that continues to receive recognition for gastronomic excellence, including a Michelin star. It would be almost irrational to order
a la carte at a restaurant that has such an exquisite tasting menu. With each client, the chef pays special attention to personal taste, and the sommelier chooses perfectly paired wines served at the right temperatures. Because of José Carlos García's fervor for creating innovative cuisine, new dishes are added seasonally. The professional waitstaff speak some English, and English menus are available. As with most restaurants this elegant, it's not recommended to bring children into such a quiet, intimate setting.
