Lyon Le Grand Tour operate the city's open top tour buses throughout the city. Visitors can purchase a one or two day pass, which allows for hopping on or off at any of the buses twelve stops. The bus route takes in the sights in and around Lyon's main areas of interest, including the areas of Bellecour, Fourviere, Guillotiere, Cordeliers, Saint Georges, Saint Paul and Croix-Rousse.For a full tour, the bus route begins at Place Bellecour - where passes can purchased from the Office du Tourisme - and includes a 1:30 hour guided tour available in a number of languages. A one day pass costs 17 euros for adults, 5 euros for children and 15 euros for 'adult discount' (OAP, students ect). A two day pass costs 20 euros for adults, and for children and 'adult discount' the price is the same as a one day pass (5 and 15 euros).
Lyon Le Grand Tour make a special offer for those wanting to combine a bus tour with a river tour. In conjunction with Lyon's Navig'inter Boat Tours, a one day bus tour and one river Soane boat trip can be purchased for 20 euros for adults and 10 euros for children.
