Description:
This beautiful state park along Skyline Boulevard (State Highway 35) in the Santa Cruz Mountains west of Silicon Valley is a pleasant escape from the urban grind. Bay Area locals hike, horseback ride, and enjoy some of the best local rock climbing here. Camping is limited to a primitive backpackers' campground, and dogs are not allowed in the park.
