Miraflores Attractions in Lima

There are many things to do in Miraflores; in fact, odds are that you are staying there or in a district located nearby, so why not suggesting some things to do here. Big-name attractions and larger-than-life landmarks shouldn't be missed, but neither should these ones. Dig a little beneath the surface, and check out the neighborhood things to do.

Take a walk along Miraflores, specially Larco Avenue, and choose any cafe you think you may like: you will also find stores, internet cafes, banks, and a friendly atmosphere that you will enjoy.

If it's summer, visit the Circuito de Playas "Costa Verde" to enjoy the beaches and the sea, but of course remember to take with you your sunscreen and protective screen. Very close, up in the cliff, you will find the Malecon Cisneros and there the Parque del Amor and Larcomar Shopping Mall, a nice end for an
afternoon at the beach.

We also suggest Huaca Pucllana, a fancy creole restaurant by an archaelogical complex; the Museo Amano, dedicated to pre-Columbian textiles; if you love modern art, the Galería de la Municipalidad de Miraflores offers usually the best works by young Peruvian artists;, and if planning to buy some souvenirs, you cannot miss the Indio Market, full of good items at reasonable prices.
