You never need to go far for wontons and mu shu. Chinese restaurants cover the world, and Lima is no exception. In fact, local versions of Chinese food are known with the common name of "chifa" and have become a delectable variety of local gastronomy, blending Peruvian and Chinese ingredients and techniques.
Dig into the spring rolls, bok choy, sesame chicken... well, you know.
Wa Lok is a very renowned and luxury "chifa" restaurant, located in Lima Downtown, but has some other restaurants in other districts; another fancy place for Chinese food in Lima is Restaurante Royal, in San Isidro. However, both places have excellent choices for lunch time, usually an "all-you-can-eat" buffet.
A large place, often booked for events is Kuo Wha, which also offers a very good buffet lunch; and if you enjoy gambling, you may enjoy visiting Lung Fung, that combines an excellent cuisine with a top class casino.
There are many more hidden places in Lima, that you will discover with a some little hints.
