Honeymoon Paradise Kauai
Description:
Kauai is the oldest of the Hawaiian islands and because of its age nature has created such marvels as Waimea Canyon and beach as well as the many other amazing beaches. And because this is the oldest island and it has withstood the test of time what better place to start making newlywed memories.

Day 1 - Kauai, Lihue
The Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa is your palace for the duration of your trip, if you want it they have it or can get it for you. For breakfast Illima Terrace offers an amazing place to start the day. Enjoy either their buffet of their dishes to order. Be sure to wait at least 30 minutes before your surf lessons because these will be intense. Well not really but it is always good to digest. A nice thing about this class is that it is only one or two people, just perfect. After surf lessons head to Postcards Cafe for some well deserved lunch. This little cottage is cozy and serves great food especially seafood and vegetarian dishes. After lunch it is back to the sea for either surf, snorkel or anything else you want with the Kapalaki Beach Boys. They can and will outfit you with everything you need. Shower up for dinner because Tidepools is a pretty swanky place where you can show off to everyone around you. They also have great food such as Hawaiian inspired dishes and fresh seafood. After dinner head to Captain's Bar where you can do with the night as you please.

Day 3 - Kauai, Lihue
Yes, you have to wake up from your amazing bed at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa. For a nice healthy breakfast if that is what you want head to Kupono Cafe where you will find the perfect combination of flavor and nutrition. Today is about some of the really cool art you will find on the island. First off is the Hale Mana Fine Art collection. Here you will find a wide array of different pieces all of which are for sale, and yes there is something for all budgets. The Kauai Museum is also a fun stop for a brief overview of the islands history, go and be enlightened. For lunch Hamura's Saimin Stand is the place to be, it has a wide variety of Saimin that must be sampled while you are here. The Kahn Galleries are the largest on the island and showcase bothe local and international artists. There are also many mediums that can be viewed so it will not be boring. This is a farily lax day that has plenty of time for side trips or anything else you want to do. However, your Plantation Gardens dinner should be on the to do list. Here you can dine like king and queen, while being surrounded by a lavish garden. You can try the local delicacies or stick with what you know, either way it will be good. If you would like to do some dancing after dinner Stevenson's Library is the place, it has great jazz and a giant hand made bar. Have a great time and make some memories, that is what you are here for.
