Sonja Holverson advises: If you are there in summer, ask for the lovely terrace. You may order a la carte or from the set menus. There is a 5 course Business Lunch menu at CHF 85.-, a 9 course Pont de Brent menu at CHF 185.- person and 11 course (could you do that?) 30th anniversary Menu Gourmand at CHF 285.-. Dishes change according to season and local ingredients.

Sonja Holverson advises: Stéphane Décotterd has been awarded Michelin stars and is extremely difficult to get in. Be sure to make reservations months in advance. Chef Rabaey has his Le Journal de Chef blog on his website and Facebook with some of his secret recipes (only in French but not difficult to translate)! Le Pont de Brent is located up in the vineyards above Clarens near Montreux overlooking the gorgeous Lake of Geneva bordered by the Swiss and French Alps.
