CUT delivers a modern twist on the traditional steakhouse experience, in both its design and menu. Its influences and ingredients span the globe, from the heartland of the United States with Nebraska corn-fed, dry-aged sirloins to the Far East with Indian-spiced Kobe beef short ribs. All of it is cooked to perfection and can be doused in any of a number of signature sauces, from Argentinean chimichurri to shallot red-wine bordelaise.
