Sierraville
Sierraville is a tiny town about an hour's drive from Lake Tahoe. It has two or three restaurants, but is best known for its hot springs. Sierraville Hot Springs is a clothing-optional hot spring resort with several different pools, a hotel, vegetarian restaurant and some of the best views around.
