Order wok-fried black pepper beef tenderloin, braised shark's fin and butter prawns. Watch the chefs at work at the open kitchen as they prepare the 'little marvels' that end up on your table. Tea is a fascinating ritual at Chynna – servers garbed in traditional Chinese dress greet you with a complimentary cup of welcome tea, poured from a teapot with a meter-long spout.
