Alright, here's the skinny.  Signature entrees include the delicious fajitas, Baja Fresh-Catch Fish Tacos, (Poblano) Chile Rellenos and Carne Asada, thin slices of sirloin sauteed with onions, cilantro and lime, with potato quesadilla and rice.

But, you won't be unhappy with any of the other choices, among the many: flautas, seafood enchiladas and fish abodabo grilled in corn husks. How's that for traditional?
