One of six restaurants across B.C., the Memphis Blues Barbecue House specializes in Deep-South cooking, such as smoked sausage, beef brisket and catfish po'boy, and of course, barbecued rib platters. For the less conventional there is also BBQ nachos or the Southern embellishment to gravy over fries: pulled pork, BBQ sauce and cheese over fries.
