Options are limited, but you get to learn some of very famous world cuisine samples here in a magnificent hotel atmosphere, that of Swisshotel Bosphorus. Only Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays. You choose one day and attend a course between the hours 10.30 – 14.30. courses are for 8 people; and cost 450 TRY per person. Of course you should call in advance to check if the courses are available for the time slots you want. As it is a hotel and not a major school, programs may be more dependent on demand and availability.
