Hala Mantı is a very traditional mantı house located on Istiklal Street. Mantı is the Turkish style ravioli with minced meat and yogurt. However, the menu is not limited to mantı. There is also a wide range of meals for breakfast including menemen (Turkish style scrambled eggs with tomatoes and feta cheese).
