Time Out Istanbul cites that the success of Gunaydin, and the reason that it becomes "an obsession" has to do with the fact that it breeds its own animals on its own farm in Trakya. Apart from its delicious kebab, there are also few other interesting mezes, such as mushroom salad and tripe salad.
