Description:
Asian Tapas, a fairly recent addition to the OC culinary scene, is run by a family of seasoned restauranteurs who previously owned the Irvine-based restaurant, Tri Village. The menu itself is a delicious selection of Northern Chinese home cooking presented tapas style. Asian Tapas' executive chef is Roger Lee is a highly decorated chef and the only Chinese chef to have won the coveted Travel-Holiday Five Star Award, bestowed in 1982 when he was Executive Chef at The Mandarin, Beverly Hills. His Beef Noodle Soup is apparently Jackie Chan's favorite.
