Stephen Drayton is a fifth generation Drayton vigneron with a passion for big gutsy reds produced from his meticulously-maintained estate of 45-year-old vines. From the verandahs of the cellar door, which was modeled after the original Ivanhoe homestead, you can admire the picturesque views as well as the resident ducks. Ivanhoe has daily Wine Secrets classes for those that want to brush up on their wine etiquette in an informal atmosphere. The goal is that all visitors to Ivanhoe feel like welcome guests at the Round Table.
