The serivce is known to leave you wanting, but once that big old plate of risotto is laid out in front of you, you'll know that ain't no quick-lunch pasta joint. Among its selection, Casareccia Pasta with Eggplant and Pecorino served with Pomodoro Sauce is impressive, cubes of eggplant are lightly tossed in olive oil with cooked swirls of casareccia pasta and mixed vegetables and served in a hollowed out Italian eggplant, which is fatter and shorter than the Asian type, and has a comparatively darker purple skin.
