Ran by one of Tokyo's best known bar managers Ichiro, who even hand-picks the ice himself so they are shaped like baseballs. He does this because regular ice cubes melt quickly thus ruining the integrity of the flavor of the scotch. This swanky bar serves meticulously prepared cocktails and a wide selection of expensive whiskies and Japanese sake in a refined environment.Though location is off the beaten path, Executive Bar draws a crowd of regulars- mostly scotch connoisseurs, cigar smokers and martini drinkers.
