Situated on the Hilton's manmade lagoon, this pretty little eatery is a great place for a mid-day snack or sunset cocktail. It looks similar to any pier restaurant - with one exception. It isn't really on a pier. Still, you might manage to forget that little fact for a time, expecially if the lagoon's resident dolphins decide to come out and play. The menu features an array of sandwiches, appetizers and salads. Sushi is also served. There is a full bar with a special emphasis on island specialty cocktails.
