Los Alteños is a must for anyone who likes tacos. You place your order at the cash register, get a ticket and go to the cooks´ station where you place your order. There, you select from pork (
pastore), beef, head cheese, chorizo (
sausage), and tongue tacos, and the price is right! There is a service bar where you can add condiments to your taste. They sell rice milk (horchata) and soft drinks, as well.
