Cassano's offers Italian cuisine in a very cute setting: the restaurant is nicely decorated and feels light and airy. Simple wooden chairs and tables, tiled flooring, and high ceilings make for a spacious feel. If you feel so inclined, pull up a padded chair at the bar and chat with the bartender as you peruse the menu. They feature dishes such as Hand-Breaded Parmigiana, Seafood Portofino, Gnocci, Chicken Marsala, Feta and Spinach Pizza, Jersey Calzone, Portabella Panini, and many more dishes involving Italian yumminess. Appetizers include a Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Antipasto, and Bruschetta. Meal reviews can be mixed, so keep an open mind when choosing this establishment as your dining choice after a day of hiking or exploring Moab.
