A great small art gallery featuring Scottish work from the 19th and 20th centuries, including art from the Glasgow School, the Bloomsbury Group, the St. Ives school and phenomenal work by Scottish colorourists and other modern British artists. Not a place to find the avant-garde.
The intimate art space was established in 1983, and is frequented by art enthusiasts, collectors and first time buyers as well as important British curators and corporate collectors.
Gerber has been the city's most respected art authority for several decades, with lots of contacts in art circles throughout Britain and Europe.
