The Bosque Tallado is an easy day trip halfway up Cerro Piltriquitron. Some visitors just visit the Bosque and then return, but it's also a good stop (take at least an hour) on your way up to the Refugio Cerro Piltriquitron. Views of the Cordillera and El Bolson in the valley below are amazing.Map:
