Petit Paris is a blue-canopied delight sitting on the Grassmarket stretch, expanding into two buildings with a rather cosmopolitan outdoor seating area. The friendly, mainly French speaking staff are alluring in their long aprons and crisp white shirts- rich food of Toulouse sausages, grilled snails and crème brulee gives the place an authentic touch. At weekends the restaurant gets very busy and tourists flock to it any day of the week. You are almost always guaranteed a wait for a table and with a maximum capacity of 48 indoors, you'll be hard pressed to find a seat to while away the time.
