Though they do serve pastas and pizza, they are known for one thing: rotisserie chicken. The usual is a quarter chicken served with a stack of French fries and accompanied by the freshest all-you-can-eat salad bar in Cusco. Rotisserie chicken is something not to be missed while traveling in Peru, and Los Toldos offers some of the best to be found in Cusco. Open Monday through Sunday for lunch and dinner, their a la carte menu includes soups, appetizers, pizzas, grilled beef dishes and pastas.
