Though a small and unassuming bar, Km 0 is the backbone of the San Blas night-scene. Every evening, a crowd of locals and travelers loiter about just outside the bar looking to share plans and suggestions for the evening. While the bar and restaurant boasts a slogan of art and tapas, the food is predominantly Thai and the artwork doesn't change often. However, a tiny stage does lend itself to some of the better jazz and Andean fusion performances to be found inCusco. With a loft style layout, the diminutive downstairs area has few tables and fills quickly with music lovers vying for a spot to watch the show and belt out lyrics. The upstairs area provides no view of the stage; however it offers several tables and the opportunity to actually hold a conversation. Open daily around4pm, Km 0 provides happy hour every night of the week.
