Surfas is great, all those gourmet food supplies including spices, nuts, cheese, wine, chocolate. coffee, high-quality meat, salt, cheese, butter, caking suppies, and candies in one location is enough to both appease your demanding palette and fill your pantry with reasonable priced ingredients. The restaurant supply section of the store is a real adventure too. Solid locally owned business started in 1937. They also have a cafe on site, Cafe Surfas.
