This is Olympic windsurfer and world champion, Raul de Lille's kiteboarding school and rentals. Raul in native to the island and is an all-around great person to know when visiting Cozumel. He is IKO and PASA certified, and it's reassuring to learn from a master, especially if you're a beginner. For the novice to learn the basics in order to enjoy the water, he offers a 3-day course that costs about $900 U.S. This is definitely an infectious and exhilirating sport.
