Indian Nights is a welcome new addition to Puerto Viejo, adding a most exotic element to the restaurant scene. In a lovely location that moonlights as Cafe Rico by day, Indian Nights is nestled behind the main road around the bend from the center of town, Indian Nights opens its doors at 6pm, and serves the favorites one might anticipate; spicy curries, tandoori, samosas, and yes, fresh hot naan- all made to order by chef Ian, whose culinary chops were finely honed in the United Kingdom.
