One of two NH chain hotels in the city, this one earns its name from the fine views afforded from the large picture windows, especially on the higher floors. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, albeit a little bland (especially the standardized furniture) as if often the case with international chains. There is a roof garden with a small pool. You will do well to avoid the restaurant.
