Description:
More a place for families to spend a few rain-filled hours than a particularly Copenhagen experience, Guinness World Records is part of the Copenhagen Top Attractions group of museums that also includes next-door's
Mystic Exploratorie,
HC Andersens Eventyrhuset and
Ripley's Believe it or not Museum. It's found right on the walking street Strøget – the life-size model of the world's tallest man by the entrance is hard to miss. Records like the world's longest moustache and the world's heaviest man are clearly illustrated using life-sized models, which also help to answer questions like – can 20 school children really fit inside a telephone box? Other exhibits include Michael Jackson and Marilyn Monroe. Open until 10pm daily in summer. Entrance: DKK 43-85 depending on age
